What are your return policy?
All sales are a final sale for services, gift cards and products.
Do you carry non-toxic polishes?
Yes! Our polish line is The Gel Bottle and OPI Infinite Shine which is “5 free” – free of the chemicals: formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin and camphor.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and hope you do the same for us. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance of any cancellation or changes to avoid any fees. Cancellation with less than 4 hours notice are subject to 50% fees of their booked service.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
We understand that running behind or getting stuck in traffic etc. can happen. That’s why we have a 10 minutes grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled or you have to forgo part of your appointment as to keep us on time for the next client who comes on time and will still be charged the full price. Any cancelled appointments due to being later than 10 minutes will be subject to a 50% fee of the services booked.
What happens if you are not completely satisfied with your services?
We strive to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied. We do not give refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied we would be more than happy to do a complimentary fix within 7 days. This does not include changing any type of color or style. After 7 days full-service charges will apply.
