Satisfaction Assured

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final for services, gift cards, and products, however we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Should your services not meet expectations, we are pleased to offer a complimentary adjustment within seven days of your visit. This does not entail any type of changes to colour or style for services.

Cancellations
We value your time and hope you do the same for us. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes to avoid any fees. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice or no notice are subject to 50% fees of the booked service.
 
Late Arrival
We understand that life gets busy and unexpected delays may occur. That’s why we have a grace period of 10 minutes. Beyond the grace period, your appointment may be cancelled or you may have to shorten part of your appointment as to maintain the experience for all our guests. All services will still be charged the full price and in the event of cancelled appointments beyond the grace period, services will be subject to a 50% fee.
 

Etiquette

Cell Phones

To preserve a calm and tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that all mobile phones be set to silent or turned off during your visit and that phone conversations be kept quiet and off speaker. This helps ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for you and all of our guests.

Guest Arrival
To enhance your experience, we kindly recommend arriving 2–3 minutes prior to your appointment. Certain services include brief forms, allowing us to better understand your preferences and tailor your visit accordingly.
